Patient Details

This is a 50 year old mother of three children who developed sagging of her breasts as a consequence of aging, pregnancies, and breastfeeding. She developed loose tissues of the abdomen, also from pregnancies, and fatty deposits of the waist, back, and inner thighs. She wished to have body contouring and breast lift surgery. She underwent abdominoplasty, liposuction, and bilateral mastopexy (breast lift surgery) and BBL (fat grafting of the buttocks). She is shown before surgery and five months post-op.
