25 year old mother of two children presented with the desire to have a “Mommy Makeover”. Although she was an excellent candidate for abdominoplasty, she instead chose to have liposculpting of the abdomen, waist, and back as well as fat grafting of the buttocks. She is shown before surgery and two months after surgery.
