This patient is a 49-year-old mother of one child. She wished to have a “Mommy Makeover” in the form of breast lift and reduction, abdominoplasty, liposuction of the flanks, back, and inner thighs, and fat grafting of the buttocks. She is shown before surgery and about 6 weeks after surgery.
