This 28 year old woman presented with the desire to have fuller breasts. Prior to undergoing breast augmentation surgery she wore size 32 B-cup bras. Size 300cc high profile silicone gel implants were used for her augmentation. The implants were placed in sub-pectoral pockets through small infra-mammary incisions. She is shown before surgery and approximately 2 months post-op. Her new bra size is 32 C-cup, which is the size she desired.
