This is a 59 year old mother of two children who experienced a droopy appearance of the breasts from significant breast volume loss. She wished to have restoration of the fullness of the breasts and have them look less droopy. She underwent bilateral augmentation mammaplasty only and did not require a breast lift. She is seen before surgery and about five months post-op.
