This is a 33 year old woman who wished to have fuller and firmer breasts.  She reported using B-cup bras and had the desire to fit into D-cups.  She underwent bilateral augmentation mammoplasty with subpectoral 380cc SRF (full profile) silicone gel implants.  She is shown before surgery and almost one year post-op.
