This is a 33 year old woman who developed sagging breasts and significant breast volume loss after multiple pregnancies. She desired to have the breasts lifted and made fuller. She underwent simultaneous breast augmentation and breast lift. 400cc moderate-plus profile saline breast implants were placed in sub-pectoral pockets. Her bra size changed from B-cup to D-cup. She is seen before surgery and approximately 2 months after surgery.
