This 36 year old woman presented wishing to have fuller and more lifted breast. She had experienced loss of volume and dropping of her breasts following pregnancies. She also had noticeable asymmetries, with the left breast appearing more droopy and with a much larger areola than that of the right breast. She underwent bilateral augmentation of her breasts with 600cc moderate-plus profile saline implants placed in sub-muscular pockets. She also underwent bilateral mastopexies (breast lifts). Her bra size changed from 38 C-cup to full D-cup
