This 29 year old woman presented with the desire to have much fuller and more lifted breasts. She had experienced significant loss of volume and drooping of her breasts following pregnancies. She underwent bilateral augmentation of her breasts with 550cc high profile silicone gel breast implants. She also had bilateral mastopexies (breast lifts). Her bra size changed from 36 C-cup to DD-cup
