This is a 56 year old mother of two children who had developed volume loss of her breasts, drooping skin of the abdomen, and fat maldistribution of the waist, back, and thighs after pregnancies. She wished to have fuller breasts as well as contouring of the body. Because she had previously undergone open gallbladder surgery she was not a candidate for full abdominoplasty. Instead, she underwent mini-abdominoplasty, liposuction, and bilateral augmentation mammaplasties with size 405cc SRM profile Allergan silicone gel implants. She is shown before surgery and 7 months post-op.
