This is a 50 year old mother of three children who developed volume loss of her breasts and sagging. She underwent bilateral breast lift (mastopexy) by another plastic surgeon but was not satisfied with the degree of improvement. She underwent bilateral secondary mastopexy. No breast implants were used. She is shown before surgery and six weeks post-op. Over time her mastopexy scars will fade.
