This is a 62 year old mother of two who had breast augmentation in the past with saline breast implants.  She wanted to have the implants removed and the breasts lifted.  The implants were control-deflated in the office before surgery (she is shown after the deflation).  She underwent removal of the deflated breast implants, bilateral capsulectomies, and bilateral mastopexy (breast lift).  She is shown before surgery and six weeks post-op.
