This is a 61 year old woman who had bilateral breast augmentation and breast lift (mastopexy) by another plastic surgeon six years previously. She had never been completely satisfied with the results because she felt that the breasts were too large and too droopy. She wished for the breasts to be smaller, more lifted, and more symmetrical in shape.

She underwent bilateral breast correction in the form of removal of the old breast implants, complete capsulectomy, and bilateral secondary breast lift to achieve a more proportioned, symmetrical and youthful result. She is shown before surgery and one month post-op.
