This is a 41 year old woman who had undergone previous breast augmentation by another plastic surgeon. She was not satisfied with the shape of the breasts and with the outward and downward sagging of the breasts and implants. She underwent full correction of the breasts by removing and replacing the old implants, closing the breast pockets laterally (outward), expanding the breast pockets medially (inward) and performing bilateral breast lift (mastopexy). She is shown before surgery and about 4 weeks post-op.
