This 53 year old patient with history of breast augmentation who wished to have a reduction of her breasts and a reshaping of the breasts to make them appear more round and less droopy. She underwent removal of old saline implants, reaugmentation with higher profile silicone gel implants, pocket modification to keep the implants from falling laterally, and bilateral breast lift (mastopexies). She is shown before surgery and about 2 months after surgery. Her scars a narrow but still pink.
