This is a 67 year old mother one one child who wished to have breast reduction and lift surgery. She also wished to have the breasts made more even in size and shape. She underwent bilateral breast reduction and lift (mastopexy) as well as correction of breast asymmetries. She is shown before surgery and about six weeks post-op.
