This is a 39 year old mother who developed large, drooping, and asymmetrical breasts over time.  She wished to have the breasts lifted and made more even.  To achieve these goals, she underwent right breast reduction to match the smaller left breast as well as bilateral mastopexy (breast lift).  She is shown before surgery and less than one month post-op!
