This is a 40 year old female who had previous body contouring surgery by another plastic surgeon. She was not satisfies with the results of the original surgery, which still left her with a “boxy” shape and with flat buttocks. She desired more of an hourglass figure with narrower waistline and fuller buttocks. She is shown before surgery and one month after corrective body contouring surgery.
