This is a 51 year old woman who desired body contouring. She underwent full abdominoplasty, liposuction of the flanks and back, and fat grafting of the buttocks. She is shown before surgery and about three months post-op. Note the full correction of the fat rolls of the back as well as the much flatter abdomen contour after surgery!
