This is a 67 year old mother one one child who wished to have smaller, more lifted, and more symmetrical breasts. She also wished to have body contouring with correction of several areas of fatty deposits and loose sagging skin. She underwent bilateral reduction mammoplasty and mastopexy, mini-abdominoplasty, bilateral brachioplasty (arm lift), and liposuction. She is seen before surgery and six weeks post-op.
