This is a 57 year old woman who wished to face facial rejuvenation surgery.  She had sagging of her face and neck, skin laxity and bags of the upper and lower eyelids, and significant volume loss of the face, all of which contributed to an older and tired appearance.  She underwent full facial rejuvenation with deep plane facelift, necklift, upper and lower blepharoplasty (eyelid lift), fat grafting of the face, and full face and neck Fraxel laser non-ablative resurfacing.  She is shown before surgery and only ten days post-op!
