This is a 45 year old woman who wanted to look more youthful and better.  She also was not satisfied with her “double chin” and her heavy jowls. She wished to have a more slender lower face and better defined jawline.  She underwent a full facelift, necklift, submental suction lipectomy, and fat grafting of the midface.  She is shown before surgery and only three weeks post-op!
