This is a 59 year old woman with aging of the face who desired to have facial rejuvenation.  She underwent full facial rejuvenation in the form of facelift, necklift, endoscopic brow lift, upper and lower blepharoplasties, fat grafting of the midface, rhinoplasty, and corner-mouth lift.  She is shown before surgery and only four weeks post-op.
