This 30 year old, healthy man developed gynecomastia during puberty. It never regressed, and he presented now wishing to have it corrected. He underwent gynecomastia correction by liposuction and direct resection of the central breast tissue through a small areolar incision. He is shown before surgery and about 6 weeks post-op.
