This 38 year old woman presented with the desire to have a flatter abdomen and narrower waist. Although she was an excellent candidate for an abdominoplasty to correct the loose skin and muscles of her abdomen, she was only presently ready for liposuction. She underwent liposuction of the abdomen, flanks, back, and arm-pits (axillas).
