This patient is 57 years old and wished to have a flatter abdomen, correction of asymmetrical “love handles,” and more fullness of the butttocks. He underwent liposuction/liposculpture of the abdomen, flanks, and back and fat grafting of the buttocks. He is shown before surgery and about 6 weeks post-op.
