This is a 37 year old mother of five children who wished to have fuller and more lifted breasts, a flatter abdomen, and less fat in the back rolls. She underwent augmentation mammaplasty, full abdominoplasty (tummy tuck), and liposuction of the upper back rolls. She is seen before surgery and about 6 months post-op.
