This is a 35 year old, mother of two children, who wished to have a Mommy Makeover to improve the appearance of her abdomen and breasts.  She underwent bilateral breast reduction and lift (mastopexy), full abdominoplasty, and liposuction of the waist to achieve an improved overall contour.  She is shown before surgery and only six weeks post-op!
