This is a 65 year old man who wanted to look better. He had signs of aging with skin laxity of the neck and lower face. He also had poor definition of his jawline and poor support of the soft tissues of the lower face from a “weak chin”. He underwent facelift, necklift, and chin augmentation with an extended anatomical chin implant placed through a hidden incision inside the mouth. This not only has made him look younger, but it has also given him much better facial balance. He is shown before surgery and three months post-op.

Patient is a 62 year old woman who had volume loss of her face and sagging of the soft tissues of the face and neck. She is shown about 6 weeks post facelift, neck lift, and fat micro-grafting of the face.
