This is a 50-year-old patient with a history of weight gain and central obesity resulting from treatment with corticosteroids. After tapering and discontinuing the steroids, she continued to have central obesity with large, drooping breasts, loose abdomen skin, and upper back skin rolls, and loose hanging skin and fat of the upper inner thighs. She wished to have reduction and lift of her breasts, liposuction, abdominopalsty, correction of upper back rolls, and correction of the loose skin and fat of the upper inner thighs. She underwent bilateral breast reduction and lift, abdominoplasty, liposuction, torsoplasties, and upper medial thighplasties. She is shown before surgery and three months after surgery.
