This 45-year-old patient with a history of four pregnancies who developed significant skin and muscle laxity of the abdomen wall following her pregnancies. She wished to have an abdominoplasty and contouring reduction of the flank fat. She underwent full abdominoplasty and liposuction of the flanks, She is shown before surgery and 4 weeks post-op!
