This 48-year-old patient with a history of multiple pregnancies and c-section delivery presented with very loose, hanging skin of the abdomen and laxity of the abdominal muscles. She also had fatty deposits of the waist. She wished to have body contouring. She underwent full abdominoplasty and liposuction of the flanks. She is shown pre-op and about 3 months post-op.
