This 57 year old mother presented wanting to have a “Mommy Makeover”. She wished to have a flatter abdomen, slimmer waistline, and fuller and more lifted breasts. She underwent abdominoplasty, liposuction of the waist and back, breast augmentation and breast lift (mastopexies). She is shown before surgery and 3 months after surgery.
