This is a 55 year old mother of three children who developed a hanging skin and fatty tissue apron of her lower abdomen, which she wished to correct. She underwent extended abdominoplasty/panniculectomy to correct the lower abdomen apron. No other body contouring procedures have been done. She is shown before surgery and about 2 months post-op.
