This is a 39 year old mother of two who had undergone previous body contouring by another plastic surgeon.  She was not satisfied with the skin irregularities of the abdomen and the laxity of the abdomen muscles which gave her an “early pregnancy” shape.  She underwent full abdominoplasty with full plication of the rectus diastasis.  She also underwent liposuction of the waist and back with fat grafting of the buttocks.  She is shown before surgery and only one month post-op.
