This 45-year-old mother of three children who previously had undergone abdominoplasty surgery and breast augmentation by another plastic surgeon. She was not satisfied with the “boxy” appearance of her body. She wished to have more of an “hourglass” shape. She underwent liposculpture of the abdomen, waist, back, and inner thighs as well as fat transfer to the buttocks. She is shown before surgery and about 2 months post-op.
