This 48 year old mother of two children who wished to have correction of the loose, sagging skin of the abdomen and of the upper inner thighs. She also wished to have contouring of the body by liposculpture of the flanks, back, and inner thighs and fat grafting of the buttocks. She underwent abdominoplasty, inner thigh lift, liposculpture, and fat transfer to the buttocks. She is shown before surgery and about 2 months post-op.
