This is a 22 year old woman who developed sagging breasts and significant breast volume loss after lifestyle changes and a 30 pound weight reduction. She desired to have the breasts lifted and made fuller. She underwent simultaneous breast augmentation and breast lift. 450cc moderate-plus profile saline breast implants were placed in sub-pectoral pockets. Her bra size changed from B-cup to D-cup. She is seen before surgery and approximately 2 months after surgery.
