This is a 45 year old mother of three children who developed loss of volume and drooping of her breasts after pregnancies and with aging. She wished to have fuller and more lifted breasts. She underwent bilateral breast augmentation with silicone gel implants as well as bilateral mastopexies (breast lift surgery). She is shown before surgery and six weeks post-op. Over the course of 12 months her mastopexy scars will fade and become far less noticeable.
