This is a 47 year old mother who developed volume loss and drooping of the breasts following pregnancy. She also noted significant asymmetry of the breasts. She wished to have fuller, more symmetrical, and more lifted breasts. She underwent bilateral breast augmentation, bilateral mastopexy (breast lift), and left breast reduction to achieve the surgical results. She is shown before surgery and about 2 months post-op.
