This is a 32 year old mother of two who over time developed volume loss and advanced drooping of her breasts.  She wished to have fuller, more lifted, and symmetrical breasts.  She underwent bilateral augmentation mammoplasty with silicone gel breast implants (size 295cc moderate profile for the right and 310cc moderate profile for the left) and bilateral full anchor mastopexy.  She is shown before surgery and four weeks post-op.
