This is a 39 year old mother who wished to have fuller and more lifted breasts.  She had lost volume in her breasts and developed drooping following pregnancy and weight loss.  She also had pre-existing asymmetry of breast volume, with the left breast being the larger of the two.  She underwent bilateral breast augmentation with 210cc (for the left) and 255cc (for the right).  She also had full mastopexy.  She is shown before surgery and six weeks post-op.
