This is a 27 year old mother of two who developed volume loss and drooping of her breasts following two pregnancies.  She wished to have fuller and more lifted breasts.  She underwent bilateral breast augmentation with 485cc round smooth full profile silicone gel implant for the smaller left breast and 445cc full profile implant for the larger right breast.  She also underwent full mastopexy to correct the drooping.  She is shown before surgery and four months post-op.
