This is a 38 year old mother of two who wanted fuller, firmer, and more lifted breasts. She had lost breast volume following pregnancies leading to sagging of the breasts. She underwent bilateral breast augmentation and mastopexy (breast lift) surgery. She is shown before surgery and three months post-op. Her lift scars, currently pink, will fade to a white color over the ensuing 12 months.
