This is a 52 year old mother of two children who, over time, had lost breast volume and developed sagging of both breasts. She wished for the breasts to be fuller and more lifted in appearance. She underwent bilateral breast augmentation with silicone gel implants as well as bilateral breast lift surgery (mastopexy). She is shown before surgery and three years post-op. Her mastopexy/lift scars have faded to the point of being nearly invisible!
