This is a 42 year old mother of one child who gained and then lost significant amounts of weight, which left her breasts deflated and drooping. She wished to have fuller and more lifted breasts. She underwent bilateral breast augmentation with silicone gel implants and mastopexies (breast lift). She is shown before surgery and about three months post-op.
