This 63 year old woman presented with large, drooping breasts that were interfering with her ability to exercise and perform the duties of her job comfortably. She also had dense breasts on mammogram and a recent breast biopsy diagnosis giving her a higher than average risk for future breast cancer. She did not want a full mastectomy, but did desire reducing her breast cancer risk by reducing the size of her breasts. She underwent bilateral breast reduction and breast lifts (mastopexies). She is shown before surgery and about 6 weeks after breast surgery. Her bra size changed from DD-cup to B-Cup.
