This is a 50 year old mother of two children who wished to have smaller and more lifted breasts. She underwent bilateral reduction mammaplasties and mastopexies (breast lift). She is seen before surgery and six months post-op. She reports having less back and shoulder pain, less neck strain, being able to fit better in clothes, and being able to tolerate more exercise.
