This is a 59 year old mother of three children who presented with large, sagging breasts. She wished to have breast reduction and lift. She is shown before surgery and about six months post-op. Her back and shoulders feel better, and she is able to exercise more easily. Clothes fit better, too! She went from using D+ cup bras to C cup bras.
