This 58-year-old patient wished to have an improvement in the appearance of her breasts and bra-line fatty deposits. She was not happy with the shape and volume asymmetry of the breasts as well as the breast droop. She wished to have liposuction of the bra-line as well as breast lifts (mastopexies) and correction of the breast volume asymmetry by reducing the larger right side. She is shown before surgery and just three weeks post-op!
